The resurgence of the pandemic worldwide, the number of countries experiencing second and third wave evidence and the ongoing research into new strains or variants has left the world reeling. The overwhelming effects on our daily lives has placed an enormous burden on each and every one of us. Therefore, it is with absolute gratitude that we are able to announce that, for the time being, the SACCS championship will go ahead as planned, with the first event of the year taking place on 26 and 27 March in the beautiful and tranquil surrounds of Dullstroom in Mpumalanga.

“We are delighted that we have been granted the opportunity to commence with our championship, and actively participate in the leisure activity we love,” said SACCS chief executive officer Archie Rutherford. “The onus is now on us to meet the requirements as stipulated by the COVID-19 protocols and not to jeopardise our privilege, and look forward to your commitment and co-operation.”

The Mpumalanga 400 event SR’s and relevant documentation will be published in the next 10 days.

We look forward to seeing you in Dullstroom and to a vibrant and successful 2021 season.

Regards
Archie Rutherford.
