- The start time for each racing section will be issued to the Rallysafe units
- On the far side of the road, on the restart, competitors are to start when the Rallysafe unit has counted down to zero.
- There will be NO CLOCK for National Competitors at the restart across the road.
- A marshal will only record your actual restart time.
